PRE is a company equipped to take renewable energy projects from the early stages all the way to commissioning and operation.  It will evaluate project feasibility, set up ground work for implementation, negotiate project terms and conditions for the owners, form and head the group to implement the project and arrange all required funding.

PRE structures projects to suit feasible scenarios.  These would include structuring projects on a BOO / BOOT / Turnkey / etc. basis.  Standard PRE projects are based on implementing RE projects via locally formed SPVs.  PRE will often take a lead role in implementing the project utilizing its own resources until the entry of an equity investor capable of funding the project.  These investors are usually invited once the project has obtained strong local support for implementation.

PRE utilizes its expertise to develop full Project Reports detailing conceptual plant & process design, and full financial analysis of a specific project.  This document is used as basis for the Pre-Engineering and Detailed Design packages for construction, developed jointly by PRE and its strategic partners.  PRE also negotiates via the SPV, for all required project criteria including waste supply, PPA, Renewable Fuel off-take, Environmental permitting, site land issues, etc.

PRE therefore not only takes an active role in all aspects of project implementation, it also takes a proactive role in part owning projects it implements to make sure these projects are managed and operated in its proper and planned way, of achieving the goal of Renewable Fuel production in an environmentally friendly and highly efficient manner.
